PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bawah pembinaan dan pengawasan Menteri Keuangan yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan sekunder perumahan.

Perusahaan ini yang didirikan pada 22 Juli 2005. Pada tahun 2020 PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) mengalokasikan Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) Rp 2,5 triliun pada tiga bidang yaitu KPR Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP), KPR SMF untuk wilayah pasca bencana, serta program KPR SMF untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan anggota TNI/Polri.

HUMAN CAPITAL DEPT HEAD

Syarat Pencaker :

  • Education :
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields. Holding a CHRP certification is prefered
  • Work Experience :
    • At least 8 years of experience in human resource management or related positions,
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws :
    • Proficient understanding of labor regulations and laws is highly important to ensure compliance with prevailing rules.
  • Leadership Skills :
    • Ability to lead teams, guide departmental strategies, and collaborate with company leaders and team members.
  • Communication Abilities :
    • The Head of the Human Resources Department should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as interaction with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external entities, is required.
  • Analytical Proficiency :
    • Capability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights based on data is a crucial aspect of managing the team and HR strategies.
  • Business Understanding :
    • Comprehension of business objectives and how HR strategies can support the achievement of those objectives is essential. The Head of the Human Resources Department should be able to seamlessly integrate HR objectives with overall business goals.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR & DEV OPS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Syarat Pencaker :

  • S1 Jurusan Sistem Informasi/Teknik Informatika/Teknik Komputer/Ilmu Komputer/Setara
  • Pengalaman pekerjaan dibidang IT (minimal 5 tahun)
  • Pengalaman sebagai IT DevOps, DB Administrator (DBA), Management Information System (MIS) dan Data Analyst.
  • Memahami bahas pemrograman PHP, Java, Linux, Unix, Sysadmin, Operasional IT
  • Memahami DBMS, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre
  • Memahami tools dan framework (CI/CD pipelnies) dalam penyempurnaan sistem DevOps (Git dan GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Nagios, Chef)
  • Mampu membaca dan mengelola source codes
  • Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam implementasi Datawarehouse (DWH), Datamart, Bigdata, Datamining
  • Memahami Backup Restore (Sistem, Aplikasi & Database)
  • Analytic Skills, Problem Solving, Service Excellence dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi
